Lee Tapia is a Human Systems Engineer with a doctorate in Education, Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, emotional intelligence facilitator, and former organizational development leader in international healthcare systems. Her work lives at the intersection of insight, compassion, and action — helping individuals and systems let go of what no longer serves in order to step fully into what’s next.
